The representatives of the Community Center Project, the Foundation for San Francisco's Architectural Heritage and the Friends of 1800 Market, meeting on February 17, 1998 to discuss the options available to preserve 1800 Market, agree:
1. The feasibility study presentation, the main focus of which was to further investigate preserving the integrating the Victorian into the Community Center Project (CCP), was enthusiastically received by all parties.
2. The representatives of the CCP will present the revised feasibility study to the CCP Executive Committee on March 7, 1998 and endeavor to place it on the agenda of the March 17, 1998 CCP Board meeting or at a special session of the Board prior to April 15, 1998.
3. Given the need for the CCP Board to review the revised feasibility study and its design, funding and programmatic implications, the representatives of the Community Center Project, the Foundation for San Francisco's Architectural Heritage, and Friends of 1800 Market jointly request the Landmarks Preservation Advisory Board to continue consideration of landmark initiation of 1800 Market until that Board's second meeting in April 1998.
4. All parties emphasize their confidence in the continued good faith efforts and progress that have marked these discussions.
